Account Manager Role

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
- Proactively maintain and grow our customers which include commercial property owners and managers as well as residential homeowners.
- Maintain current knowledge of our landscape and irrigation service with the ability to communicate those services effectively to current clients
- Proactively promote and sell any possible landscape enhancements to existing customers.
- Maintain exceptional client retention through effective communication, site visits with clients and board members and creation of team atmosphere between client and vendor.
- Conduct and submit comprehensive property landscape audits to each assigned client.
- Identify consumer needs and utilize solution-based techniques to fully demonstrate the value of Swift Lawn & Land Services
- Work closely with operations leadership in all aspects of retaining and growing accounts
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:
- Deliver fantastic service to existing clients
- Complete 7 weekly property audits during the growing season
